This installation includes a paint spray booth with air replacement and extraction system for both powder and wet paint spraying with electrical interlocks to ensure the correct mode of extraction for the type of spraying. It also has automatic shut down of the extraction system after spraying.
The paint spray booth is connected to two ventilated paint kitchens, one for powder and one for wet paint.
The large gas heated, air recirculated oven incorporates a fully proportional burner, laminated insulated panels, with zero through metal and high intensity air recirculation.
